  • Orders are subject to availability; we will notify you of any out-of-stock items and provide alternatives or refunds.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud concerns, or regulatory restrictions.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g., card payments via Yoco).

  • All card transactions are securely processed through our payment partners.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Products that are opened, used, or not in original condition are generally non-returnable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Returns accepted only if:

    • Product is defective/damaged on arrival.

    • Wrong product delivered.

    • Return requested within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items: Opened, used, partially used products; custom or special orders; products not in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7–14 working days via original payment method.

  • Replacement: Shipped at no additional cost if preferred.

  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless error is ours.
